Job summary

Aux seeks an experienced Travel Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for premium clients. You will coordinate air, hotel, and ground logistics, ensuring flawless itineraries while handling documentation and client communications.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, with 2+ years in travel operations, strong English communication, and proficiency in CRM systems. The role offers remote work with US Eastern Time hours and dynamic travel support.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in travel agency operations or hospitality reservations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
Experience with invoicing, payments, and CRM systems.
Ability to work during US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

Book and manage air travel through GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Handle fare rules, ticket exchanges, reissues, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
Coordinate hotel, villa, transportation, dining, and experience reservations.
Research and compare supplier availability, rates, and travel options.
Monitor upcoming departures and proactively identify issues before they impact clients.
