Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care Inc is seeking an Onboarder to guide new hires through the onboarding journey, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and HR. You will ensure timely completion of documents, set up systems, and deliver a welcoming orientation.

This role will rotate between Melville HQ and partner offices in Patchogue and White Plains, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and smooth start dates for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred.
• At least two years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Collect paperwork and upload onboarding documents into HRIS.
• Maintain up-to-date onboarding records and documentation.
• Create new employee orientation materials.
• Schedule orientations for new hires and provide access to payroll/tools.
• Serve as primary contact for hiring managers and new hires.
• Provide reporting and updates to Recruitment Director on start dates and missing documents.
