YELM US Associates, LLC is seeking a Field HR Coordinator, Onboarding, to manage caregiver onboarding from applicant to work-authorized employee. This onsite role at 391 E 149th Street, Bronx, NY 10455 ensures pre-employment requirements meet DOH/DOL and internal standards.

You will verify work authorization, track E-Verify, and collaborate with Nursing and Compliance to minimize compliance risk while maintaining timely onboarding across our home care affiliates.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of HR onboarding, compliance, or home care operations experience.
• Strong familiarity with home care regulatory requirements, I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Experience with caregiver management systems preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to escalate when needed.
• Ability to enforce onboarding standards with professionalism and empathy.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate caregiver onboarding from intake through start eligibility.
• Collect, review, and verify pre-employment documentation to DOH/DOL standards.
• Complete I-9 documentation and track E-Verify cases within timelines.
• Determine orientation eligibility and track completion; ensure system entry.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Compliance to resolve onboarding barriers.
• Escalate delays, deficiencies, or compliance risks to leadership.
