Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an Onboarder to lead the onboarding experience for new hires at our Melville HQ, with travel to Patchogue and White Plains as needed. You’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding workflow and coordinate with Clinical leadership to ensure a smooth start for new employees.

Responsibilities include collecting documents, updating HRIS, creating orientation materials, and serving as the main liaison for new hires and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• At least two years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process onboarding paperwork and documents.
• Maintain and upload onboarding data into HRIS for new hires.
• Create orientation materials and schedule new-hire orientations.
• Provide information on handbooks, policies, and tools for onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for hiring managers and new employees; report to Recruitment Director.
