Job summary

ARCO Murray Construction Company is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects across the United States. You will manage field operations from day one, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality adherence while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and owners.

Requirements include 5–25 years of construction leadership, willingness to travel, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction leadership experience, last 5 years as lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or cold storage projects.
• Willingness to travel as projects require; ability to work nationwide.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; comfortable using project scheduling software and tablets.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence; physical ability to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Attend project kickoff and preplanning activities; help build the schedule and staffing plan.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs, time, and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with schedules and progress.
• Review costs, requisitions, and approvals; report progress to project manager and owner representatives.
