Job summary

ARCO Murray Construction Company seeks an experienced Lead Superintendent to manage field operations on ground-up multifamily projects nationwide. You will drive safety, ensure schedule adherence, and coordinate crews and subcontractors from day one, traveling as projects require.

Requires 5–25 years in construction with the last 5 as lead superintendent, proficiency with MS Office, scheduling tools, and a valid driver's license. Strong leadership and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience with the last 5 years as lead superintendent on related projects.
• Willing to travel as projects require.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Experience using an iPad or similar tablet preferred.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review to receive project information for preplanning.
• Assist in preparing a schedule of activities, staffing and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the project to meet specs on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate with project schedules.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Maintain daily diary recording project facts and approvals.
• Adhere to safety program across all project phases.
• Report progress to the project manager and regional manager.
