Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned Superintendent for the Critical Facilities-Data Centers division to lead and coordinate MEPS work on a traveling basis. This role focuses on safety, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple shifts and subcontractors on a high-profile data center project in Austin, TX.

The position requires a bachelor's in engineering or architecture (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 6 years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction, with 70–80%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years engineering/architectural experience; minimum 6 years ME/MEP construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, means, methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Proven skills in BIM coordination and CAD drawings; must read contract documents and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget adherence across the project.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns; perform performance input.
