Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent - MEP to expertly schedule, manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet the Master Schedule. You will lead, mentor, and ensure compliance with project plans, specs, design documents, codes, and safety standards.

This traveling role covers up to 100% across the US (projects in NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, WY). Expect 6–8 months per project, per diem, relocation assistance, vehicle allowance, and monthly travel-home rotations where

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years experience as Superintendent.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and document control abilities.
• Excellent communication and subcontractor/inspector coordination.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scopes and manage progress.
• Coordinate safety meetings and site safety.
• Maintain master schedule and daily logs (Procore).
• Coordinate and schedule testing and certifications (concrete/soil).
• Site layout, benchmarks, and final close-out documentation.
