Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Project Superintendent - MEP to lead scheduling, coordination, and oversight of subcontractors across diverse sites in the US. You will ensure quality and progress per the Master Schedule, applying plans, specs, and safety standards on every project.

Travel up to 100% with per diem, vehicle allowance, relocation support, and monthly travel rotations. You will mentor teams, review scopes, and drive safety, QA/QC across industrial and infrastructure builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent - In lieu of degree, 10+ years of work experience.
• Excellent scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Strong communication and organization skills managing subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA Certification and knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control
• Review and understand subcontractor scope of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety
• Control project access and traffic
• Manage tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental
• Coordinate testing and certificates (concrete, soil)
• Daily progress coordination with PM/PCM/PFE
• Prepare 3-week look ahead and update master schedule
• Maintain Daily Log Reports (Procore)
• Keep As Built drawings for final submittal
• Coordinate and schedule inspections
• Ensure final close-out documentation and QA/QC
• Site layout and benchmarks control
