Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent - MEP for a nationwide traveling role. You will lead subcontractors and trades, align with the Master Schedule, and ensure safety and quality on multiple projects across the United States.

Ideal candidates have strong supervision experience, scheduling expertise, OSHA knowledge, and a proven ability to mentor teams. Expect per diem, potential vehicle allowance, and relocation support where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety meetings and ensure overall site safety.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and keep records.
• Manage permit documents and control project access.
• Schedule, track, and update the master schedule.
• Maintain daily logs using Procore.
• Inspect and coordinate project testing and certificates.
• Deliver final close-out documentation and as-built drawings.
