Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent - MEP to efficiently schedule, coordinate, and lead subcontractors and labor crews across multiple infrastructure projects in the United States. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and adherence to plans, specs, and safety standards.

The position is traveling across the US (up to 100% travel), with potential project assignments in various states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; in lieu of a degree, 10+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control
• Review and understand subcontractor scope of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety
• Control project access and traffic
• Manage tool/equipment inventory and rentals
• Coordinate testing and certificates (concrete/soil)
• Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily on progress and QA/QC
• Complete 3-week look ahead schedule and update master schedule
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore)
• Maintain As-Built drawings for final submittal
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections
• Finalize close-out documentation
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment
• Site layout and benchmark control
