Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent - MEP to lead, coordinate, and schedule subcontractors on infrastructure projects across the United States. You will oversee safety, QA/QC, and daily progress to align with the Master Schedule and project specs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a construction superintendent, strong mentoring ability, and the capacity to travel up to 100% with per diem and relocation support where eligible.

Qualifications

• Project scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Strong communication and organization skills with subcontractors/inspectors.
• OSHA certification or knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with MS Office, scheduling software, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scopes of work and coordinate safety meetings.
• Maintain master schedule and look-ahead planning.
• Manage QA/QC, testing coordination, and daily logs.
• Coordinate inspections and final close-out documentation.
