Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent - MEP to lead and coordinate subcontractors and trades across multiple US projects. You will manage schedules, safety, QA/QC, and field operations to align with the Master Schedule.

Ideal candidates have a strong construction background, leadership experience, and ability to interpret plans, specs, and code requirements. This traveling role offers per diem, relocation assistance, and a vehicle allowance where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Experience with safety standards and inspections.
• Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera) and document control software.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Complete review and understanding of subcontractor's scope of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety.
• Control project access and traffic.
• Tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental.
• Coordinate project testing and certificates including concrete and soil tests.
• Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding progress and QA/QC.
• Prepare and update the 3-week look ahead schedule and master schedule.
• Maintain Daily Log Reports (Procore) and As Built drawings.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure close-out documentation.
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment.
• Site layout and benchmarking.
