Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Project Superintendent - MEP to lead scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and labor crews across U.S. project sites.

The role demands a strong background in plans, specs, and safety compliance, with extensive travel across multiple states. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering/Construction Management or 10+ years of superintendent experience, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Project scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Strong communication and organization with subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scope of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety.
• Manage project access and traffic.
• Inventory, coordination and rental of tools/equipment.
• Schedule testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing.
• Coordinate with PM/PCM/PFE on progress and QA/QC.
