360care is seeking a Travel-based Allied Health Assistant to assist physicians at assigned long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry care and behavioral health. You will maintain clinical records in the EMR, support providers, and help with equipment cleaning.

The position requires driving to facilities up to a 1.5 hour travel radius, with travel time pay; you'll balance patient flow, prep charts, ensure accurate documentation, manage supplies, and maintain HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsabilités

• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Complete chart prep on scheduled patients prior to every visit.
• Verify and maintain clinical records and medical history through EMR.
• Ensure integrity of documentation and records.
• Post charges accurately and on time.
• Coordinate patient flow and optimize schedule with branch staff.
• Maintain medical supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is working and maintained.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Travel up to 100% of the time to assigned facilities.
