Responsibilities

• Schedule office visits and ancillary tests.
• Coordinate heavy surgical scheduling and pre-certifications.
• Triaging calls and handling high call volume.
• Obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Check out patients and manage front-desk workflows.
• Process scanning and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Work Epic queues and coordinate with clinical/administrative staff.
• Travel between orthopedic sites as required.
• Place orders and refill requests.
