Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a traveling construction professional to support an Advanced Technology project suite, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments. The role involves assisting Superintendents and Foremen and coordinating labor resources across multiple projects.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with at least ten years of related experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including SAP, SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ensure ROJ dates are provided.
• Document project field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule for the project team.
• Provide oversight for development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Guide implementation of the Project QA/QC program.
• Identify and assist in Self-Perform opportunities and proposals.
• Manage Self-Perform performance and liaise with BU Safety Director to implement safety program.
