Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a senior construction professional for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables sectors. Will supervise Superintendents/Foremen and oversee trade labor allocations while coordinating with PMs on schedules and ROJ dates.

Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related experience required; travel 50%+ is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with ten years of related experience or equivalent
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments based on project needs
• Support Superintendent throughout the job duration
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and manage ROJ dates
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule and report to PM team
• Provide oversight for development and maintenance of the Resource Allocation Control System (RACS)
• Guide QA/QC program implementation
• Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in proposals
• Manage Self-Perform performance
• Support BU Safety program implementation
• Review Capabilities, Accomplishments and Progress (ReCAP) for field trades
• Maintain progression/succession planning for high-potential tradesmen
• Coordinate training for tradesmen
• Assist in development of logistics plans during pre-construction and early activities
