Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical and EV/Battery markets. You will supervise field teams and coordinate with project leadership across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, strong communication and planning skills, and willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus ten years' related experience or equivalent.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with MS Office, SAP, SharePoint.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent/Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments across projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the job duration.
• Review schedules; ensure ROJ dates are provided to management.
• Document field issues affecting budget, quality or schedule.
• Develop and maintain Resource Allocation Control System (RACS) oversight.
