Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a full-time traveling construction operations professional to support Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers and related market segments. The role reports to the Deputy Operations Manager and focuses on supervising Superintendents and Foremen, coordinating field assignments, and maintaining QA/QC and RACS processes.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience, and the ability to travel 50%+; proficiency in MS Office,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent/Foreman.
• Assign and coordinate trade field assignments across projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout project duration.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ROJ dates.
• Document and report field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule.
• Respond to subcontractor requests affecting budget/quality/schedule.
• Oversee development of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Assist in QA/QC program implementation.
• Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in proposals.
• Manage Self-Perform performance and safety initiatives.
