Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned project coordinator for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, and EV/Battery markets. You will assist Superintendents/Foremen, oversee trade labor hires, and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Responsibilities include field issue documentation, ROJ date tracking, and implementation of QA/QC and safety programs, with heavy travel (50%+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 10+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen to meet ROJ dates.
• Document field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule and report to PM team.
• Oversee development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Guide implementation of the Project QA/QC program.
• Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in Self-Perform proposals.
• Manage Self-Perform performance.
• Collaborate with Safety Director to implement BU Safety Program.
• Develop logistics plans and schedules during pre-construction and early project activities.
