Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned project coordinator for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, and EV/Battery markets. You will assist Superintendents/Foremen, oversee trade labor hires, and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Responsibilities include field issue documentation, ROJ date tracking, and implementation of QA/QC and safety programs, with heavy travel (50%+).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree + 10+ years related experience or equivalent.
Proven written and verbal communications abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen to meet ROJ dates.
Document field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule and report to PM team.
Oversee development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
Guide implementation of the Project QA/QC program.
Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in Self-Perform proposals.
Manage Self-Perform performance.
Collaborate with Safety Director to implement BU Safety Program.
Develop logistics plans and schedules during pre-construction and early project activities.
