Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a senior-level traveling Construction Manager to support an Advanced Technology program, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables sectors. This full-time role is travel-heavy and leads Superintendents and Foremen on multiple projects.

You will oversee trade labor, ensure ROJ dates, manage safety programs, and coordinate with project teams to protect budget, quality and schedule while traveling 50%+ and using SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ensure ROJ dates are provided.
• Document project field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule for the PM team.
• Provide oversight for development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
