Job summary

Turner Construction Company is hiring for a traveling field leadership role supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing markets. You will oversee trade labor hire, coordinate Superintendent/Foreman assignments, and ensure project schedules and budgets are maintained on-site at multiple locations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, etc.
• Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ensure ROJ dates are provided to the project management team.
• Document project field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule and report to the project management team.
• Provide oversight for development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Assist in implementation of the Project QA/QC program.
• Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in the development of Self-Perform proposals.
• Manage Self-Perform performance.
• Support BU Safety Program and ReCAP progress reviews.
