Job summary

JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division (FWM), seeks a Roaming Maintenance Tech to support regional properties across Missouri. The role covers rough carpentry, painting, basic repairs, and coordinating make-ready unit turns while ensuring OSHA and EPA compliance and maintaining curb appeal.

Qualifications

High School diploma or the equivalent.
5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
1 to 2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.
Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems (eg. door entry systems, fire suppression).

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance support across the region, including rough carpentry, painting, and basic repairs.
Lead make-ready processes with unit turns (painting, carpet cleaning, cleaning).
Prepare for state and investor inspections and ensure OSHA and EPA compliance on properties.
Prioritize work orders and maintain curb appeal of properties and common areas.
Be on-call after hours; travel within region as required.
Train assigned staff on systems and safety procedures.
Assist with REAC or INSPIRE inspections as needed.
