JES Holdings, through Fairway Management, seeks Roaming Maintenance Techs to support regional properties with routine maintenance, painting, and repairs. Candidates will perform carpentry, HVAC tasks, and general upkeep to uphold curb appeal and compliance.
The role requires travel within the region, an ability to respond to after-hours calls, and experience with state and investor inspections. A High School diploma and HVAC certifications are required.
Schedule: Full Time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

Job Summary:
Roaming Maintenance Techs within Fairway Management play a key role in the organization by providing support at a regional level and filling in to perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting and basic equipment or facility repairs, training, and preparation for state, and investor inspections. They are responsible for maintaining curb appeal of the property, buildings and common areas. This role involves regular travel.
