Schedule:Full Time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

Roaming Maintenance Techs within Fairway Management play a key role in the organization by providing support at a regional level and filling in to perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting and basic equipment or facility repairs, training, and preparation for state, and investor inspections. They are responsible for maintaining curb appeal of the property, buildings and common areas. This role involves regular travel. Travel expenses may be reimbursed, when applicable.
