Qualifications

• Minimum five years of telecommunications or related construction experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and MS Project.
• Must meet company minimum driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project crews; own crew performance, training, and adherence to safety and quality standards; hold weekly safety meetings and implement corrective action.
• Serve as the senior on-site liaison for customer interface; attend facility meetings; act as primary contact for questions.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met per customer requirements.
• Manage workload distribution, staffing levels, and overall job completion including productivity, budget compliance, and closeout.
• Complete all IES and project paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and prepare red-lined as-built drawings.
• Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge; troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
• Review and monitor processes including estimating, purchasing, invoicing, warehousing, scheduling, and reporting.
• Develop and implement process improvements to bring operations to effective levels.
• Promote safety as the top priority and lead training sessions.
• Manage tool and truck inventory and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
