Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Three years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project crews; ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards; conduct weekly safety meetings and corrective actions.
• Serve as senior on-site liaison with customers; attend meetings and address questions/concerns.
• Ensure project deadlines are met per client requirements.
• Manage workload, staffing, productivity, budget, and closeout; oversee documentation and reporting.
• Perform quality checks, manage outages, and create as-built drawings with project manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and optimize operational processes.
• Develop process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
