Sagora Senior Living seeks a Lifestyles and Pathways Specialist to support communities nationwide in aligning memory care and lifestyle programs with Sagora standards. The role travels regularly, assisting communities and onboarding new team members under corporate guidance.

The position emphasizes strong communication, project coordination, and program knowledge, with a hands-on presence in communities about 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar role or 3+ years as Lifestyle/Activity Director in assisted living or memory care.
• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in gerontological studies or recreation programs.
• Activity Director Certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to ensure lifestyle and memory care programs meet Sagora standards.
• Review and approve monthly activity calendars and newsletters.
• Train new associates on lifestyle and memory care updates.
• Act as the knowledge expert for Sagora Pathways programs and standards.
• Travel regularly and conduct site visits to ensure programs meet standards; coordinate trainings.
