Job summary

Sagora Senior Living seeks a Lifestyles and Pathways Specialist to travel between communities, ensuring Lifestyles and Memory Care programs align with Sagora standards. The role involves hands-on support, onboarding, and acting as the Pathways expert.

You will work with community and corporate teams, reviewing calendars, training new staff, and conducting site visits while traveling 10 days on and 4 days off as scheduled.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a similar role or a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Lifestyle or Activity Director in an Assisted Living/Memory Care environment.
• Activity Director Certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in gerontological studies/recreation programs.
• Extensive experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Partner with community and corporate team members to ensure the community lifestyle and memory care programs align with Sagora standards.
• Review and approve monthly activity calendars and newsletters.
• Introduce and train new associates on updates to Lifestyle or MC programming.
• Become the knowledge expert on Sagora’s Pathways program and standards.
• Office out of a community and work in a hands-on capacity within a community 80% of the time.
• Conduct site visits to ensure programs meet operational standards and provide hands-on feedback and actions.
