Sagora Senior Living’s Elison Assisted Living & Memory Care of Marietta is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to lead the Pathways program. You will oversee Memory Care services, ensure resident safety, and tailor activities for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

You’ll develop daily, weekly, and monthly calendars, coordinate with families and staff, manage budgets, and act as Manager on Duty as assigned, partnering with the Executive Director and regional specialists to enhance community

Qualifications

• 4 year degree with emphasis in gerontological studies/recreation programs preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word, and PowerPoint) are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Memory Care (Pathways) programming.
• Maintain Memory Care resident safety and security.
• Plan and organize daily events and group activities.
• Develop calendars, newsletters, and family functions.
• Coordinate care needs with families and the Executive Director.

Memory Care Coordinator (Pathways Coordinator)The Memory Care Coordinator manages the overall operations of the community Memory Care program in accordance with resident needs, government regulations, and Sagora Senior Living policies and procedures.
