Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Director (Pathways Director) to lead the Memory Care program at The Harrison of Wildwood in Florida. You will ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with Sagora policies while implementing the Pathways program.

You will hire and train caregivers, coordinate daily events, and maintain strong communication with residents, families, and leadership to enhance programming and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree with emphasis in gerontological studies/recreation programs preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Memory Care (Pathways) department.
• Maintain Memory Care resident safety and security.
• Hire, train, and schedule MC caregivers to meet resident needs.
• Coach and train MC caregivers and lifestyle team.
• Plan and organize daily events and activities for residents.
• Develop calendars, newsletters, and family functions.
• Coordinate resident care with families and Executive Director.
• Coordinate a volunteer program for residents.
• Operate within budget and act as MOD as assigned.
• Collaborate with the management team to market and manage the community.

Memory Care Director (Pathways Director)The Memory Care Director manages the overall operations of the community Memory Care program in accordance with resident needs, government regulations, and Sagora Senior Living policies and procedures.
