Bell Partners seeks a Floating Leasing Consultant to lease apartments and promote our properties across a market of several communities. This role travels between properties to serve prospects and residents, ensuring outstanding service across sites.

You will follow Fair Housing standards, coordinate lease applications, and support renewals while maintaining product knowledge and delivering customer-focused experiences at multiple communities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field required.
• 1+ years of multi-family leasing or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and leasing software (Yardi Voyager).
• Superior interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments and sell property offerings per budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Track leasing traffic and monitor market trends.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competitors; conduct outside marketing.
• Coordinate application reviews including credit and income verifications.
• Prepare lease packets and move-in documentation per policy.
