Bell Partners Inc. Floating Leasing Consultant role involves interfacing with prospective residents across multiple properties and handling day-to-day issues, traveling within a designated market.

You will coordinate renewals and deliver outstanding service to residents, prospects, and visitors. Successful candidates will lease apartments, follow Fair Housing Standards, monitor traffic trends, and stay informed about competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1+ year of multi-family leasing or B2B selling experience.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with Yardi Voyager.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and sell properties per budget.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competition; conduct outside marketing.
• Coordinate the application review including credit and income verifications.
• Complete lease packets and files with required documentation.
• Ensure move-in condition; perform final inspection with resident.
• Coordinate renewals and communicate with residents.
• Provide excellent customer service; meet residents' needs.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
