Bell Partners seeks a Floating Leasing Consultant to drive leasing across multiple properties within a designated market. You will engage prospects, lease apartments, and coordinate renewals, while ensuring exceptional resident service.

The role requires travel between communities and collaborating with the team to meet performance goals. The ideal candidate has a background in multi-family leasing or B2B sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Yardi

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and sell properties and services in line with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competition; conduct outside marketing.
• Coordinate application review including credit and income verifications.
