CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site IT support across multiple store locations in New York, NY. This role requires consistent daily travel along the assigned route and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of IT support experience, and an A+ certification; Net+ is a plus. You will document actions, maintain professional communication, and support customers with

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT technical support experience.
• A+ CompTIA certification required.
• Technical hardware experience required.
• Net+ CompTIA certification is a plus.
• Field service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand AC/DC and backup power concepts.
• Triage, troubleshoot and resolve IT equipment issues.
• Document efforts and close tickets daily.
• Provide in-field IT support and communicate effectively with clients.
