California Schools Talent Collaborative (CSTC) is seeking an Instructional Provider Substitute to support TK-12 students across district sites. The role is part-time, requires travel to various locations, and entails covering shifts as needed with no guaranteed daily assignment.

Initial placement is at a CSTC partner site for three months, followed by district hiring processes. Responsibilities include delivering instruction, managing classrooms, preparing materials, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Must be able to demonstrate clear English oral and written communication.
• Must have 48 semester or 60 quarter college units or pass NCLB.
• Background check via Live Scan and a clear TB test required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with current auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Instruct TK-12 students individually and in groups, maintaining appropriate supervision.
• Implement classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Prepare daily activities and materials; operate instructional equipment.
• Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records.
• Support parent communication and participate in staff meetings.
