Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative is seeking an After School Substitute Instructional Provider to cover TK-12 classes across district sites. Work days are Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $21 per hour.

Substitutes must be available to travel to different sites as needed and may be eligible for an hourly bonus based on attendance performance standards. The role starts with a three-month assignment at a CSTC school site, with a path to district employment upon successful completion

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Able to manage classroom activities and supervise students.
• Must be willing to travel to various sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Instruct TK-12 students individually or in groups with appropriate supervision.
• Implement classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Prepare materials and operate instructional equipment as needed.
• Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate with school site staff.
