Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative (CSTC) seeks a part-time Instructional Provider for a substitute pool serving TK-12 students across district sites in Westminster, CA. Shifts vary; you must be ready to travel to cover openings (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 2:00pm–6:00pm; Wed 12:30pm–6:00pm).

As a CSTC employee, you’ll be placed at a school site for an initial three-month period and will pursue the district’s formal hiring process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 48 Semester/60 Quarter College Units or pass NCLB test.

Responsibilities

• Work with TK-12 students individually and in groups, maintaining appropriate ratios.
• Implement classroom management, discipline and instructional strategies.
• Set up activities daily; prepare materials and operate instructional equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Maintain attendance logs and records as required.
• Keep classroom and learning space clean and organized; store materials daily.
• Supervise students during various school activities.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and support parent involvement.
• Attend staff meetings and planning sessions weekly or as required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
