Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative (CSTC) is hiring an Instructional Provider Sub for the January start. The role involves covering open shifts at various school sites within a district, with no guaranteed daily location and travel as needed.

You’ll be placed at a school site for an initial three months, then may transition to district employment after completing the district process and three months of CSTC service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 48 semester or 60 quarter college units or pass NCLB.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct TK-12 students individually or in groups.
• Implement effective classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Set up daily activities and prepare instructional materials.
• Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records.
• Communicate with parents and attend staff meetings.
