Job summary

Dennis Group in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Traveling Construction Manager at mid-senior level to lead on-site supervision of industrial plant projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage safety programs, and oversee schedules and budgets across multiple sites in the USA and Canada.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work with owners and A/E teams, and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and driving project schedule.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents, schedules and budgets.
• Travel up to 100% to projects across USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium-sized industrial construction projects on-site and in project offices.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site safety programs and project schedule.
• Manage project reporting, budgeting, and change orders.
• Collaborate with owners, subcontractors, building officials and A/E teams.
• Prepare and administer third-party agreements and project close-out activities.
