Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong client interaction, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Progressively responsible field experience on industrial building projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of construction activities and coordination of subcontractors.
• Oversee field engineers or junior construction managers as directed.
• Develop and update project scope, budget, and schedule with project management.
• Manage project accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Establish and maintain site safety procedures with the safety team.
• Coordinate field engineering, inspections, and testing with third parties.
