Job summary

Dennis Group seeks a Construction Manager to supervise the daily site operations of food and beverage process facilities, coordinating subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and safety programs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success on this role.

This position involves coordinating both field and office tasks, contract administration, reporting, and client-facing activities. Travel up to 100% across the USA/Canada; design-build industrial experience is preferred; AutoCAD is

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction science or related field preferred.
• Design-build experience on industrial projects strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, schedules, and budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% across USA and Canada.
• Work 10 days onsite, 4 days off as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium-sized projects with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors and field engineers as directed.
• Maintain site safety procedures with the safety team.
• Coordinate field engineering, inspections, and punch lists.
• Administer contracts and support client billing activities.
• Prepare project reports, logs, and close-out tasks.
• Collaborate with owners, subs, and A/E team.
• Interpret drawings and specifications for field crews.
