Job summary

Star Sleep & Wellness seeks a Traveling Implementation Trainer to lead hands-on training across new markets, ensuring workflows, systems, and service standards are implemented consistently. You will partner with operations, clinical, and admin teams and provide coaching throughout onboarding and stabilization.

This role requires extensive travel; company-provided travel, lodging, and transportation support on assignment. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience training, mentoring, onboarding, or developing employees.
• Ability to assess proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and workflow improvement skills.
• Ability to learn, navigate, and train others on multiple systems.
• Work independently, adapt to priorities, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with implementation and leadership teams to plan conversions and openings.
• Assess workflows and align processes with standards and best practices.
• Train new hires and existing staff on patient flow, service expectations, and documentation.
• Establish consistent front-office and clinical operations across locations.
• Provide hands-on coaching and monitor proficiency during onboarding.
• Model patient-centered service and reinforce quality, safety, and compliance.
• Observe performance, document progress, and identify retraining needs.
• Identify training bottlenecks and propose solutions with leadership.
• Coordinate readiness with providers and supporting departments.
• Support adoption of systems and documentation standards.
• Facilitate handoff to managers and leaders after implementation.
• Travel to support projects and remain assigned to locations as needed.
