Job summary

Star Sleep & Wellness is seeking a Traveling Implementation Trainer to join our expanding team. You will train administrative and clinical staff, ensure workflows align with company standards, and coach teams across multiple markets during startup and stabilization phases.

This role requires extensive travel, on-site coaching, and the ability to implement new office processes while maintaining patient‑centered service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience training, mentoring, onboarding, or developing employees.
• Ability to assess employee proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong problem‑solving and workflow improvement skills.
• Ability to train others on multiple systems, technologies, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with implementation and leadership to plan conversions and openings.
• Assess workflows and align processes with Star Sleep & Wellness standards.
• Train new hires and staff on patient flow, documentation, and systems.
• Provide hands‑on coaching while monitoring onboarding progress.
• Coordinate readiness with providers and leadership for go‑live.
• Travel to support projects and stay on assignment for extended periods.
