Job summary

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Clinical Training & Implementation Specialist to support opening, implementation and stabilization of new centers. This hybrid remote role travels to centers to set up, train staff, and ensure readiness prior to opening. You will coach teams, evaluate competencies, and refine processes during post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements include healthcare/clinical background, active credentials, and willingness to travel up to 100% during center launches.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering clinical training to adult learners.
• Must have healthcare/clinical background and relevant licenses.
• Willingness to travel 75–100% during openings.

Responsibilities

• Travel to new health centers to assist setup, training, and stabilization.
• Provide hands-on training on workflows, systems, and procedures.
• Evaluate learner competency and provide coaching.
• Support pre-opening and post-go-live stabilization with center teams.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, IT, HR and procurement teams.
