Timeless Medical Systems is seeking a Clinical Specialist I to work directly with hospital clinical teams during software implementations. You will gather requirements, map workflows, and document processes to tailor Timeless Medical solutions to clinical practice.

The role requires travel to healthcare facilities, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate clinical needs into actionable software configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with Registered Dietician credential or Registered Nurse license; Master's preferred.
• Related Clinical Leadership required.
• 3+ years direct milk lab experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical information.
• Experience analyzing clinical and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with the customer’s hospital clinical team to provide strategic support for TMS software implementation.
• Analyze customer needs to determine the recommended workflows and help the customer understand change management needed for adoption.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the customer’s clinical team and internal departments.
• Collaborate with project teams to set up implementation for success and achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activities and resolving workflow issues promptly.
• Recommend best practices and provide clinical proof to drive workflow changes.
• Support analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, optimization, and maintenance of Timeless Medical products and projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical care, patient flow, and hospital operations.
