Star Sleep & Wellness is seeking a Traveling Implementation Trainer to join our expanding team. You will train administrative and clinical staff, ensure workflows align with company standards, and coach teams across multiple markets during startup and stabilization phases.

This role requires extensive travel, on-site coaching, and the ability to implement new office processes while maintaining patient‑centered service and compliance.

About the Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is seeking a motivated and talentedTraveling Implementation Trainer to join our growing team!

The Implementation Trainer plays a critical role in supporting Star Sleep & Wellness's continued growth and expansion into new markets. This position partners with operational, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure newly acquired and startup locations successfully implement Star Sleep & Wellness workflows, systems, service standards, and operational expectations. The Implementation Trainer provides hands‑on training and coaching for both administrative and clinical team members, helping employees build confidence, proficiency, and consistency in their roles.

This position requires extensive travel and may involve remaining onsite in a market for several weeks or months during implementation and stabilization periods. Company‑provided travel, lodging, and transportation will be provided while on assignment .

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with implementation and leadership teams to plan and execute practice conversions, new office openings, and operational transitions.
• Assess current office workflows and align administrative and clinical processes with Star Sleep & Wellness standards and best practices.
• Train new hires and existing team members on patient flow, customer service expectations, documentation standards, systems utilization, treatment‑related processes, follow‑up procedures, compliance requirements, and approved office protocols.
• Establish and reinforce consistent front‑office and clinical operations across all locations.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and support while monitoring employee proficiency throughout onboarding and stabilization periods.
• Model patient‑centered service and reinforce quality, safety, compliance, operational, and documentation expectations.
• Observe performance, assess competencies, document training progress, and identify opportunities for retraining and continued development.
• Identify recurring training needs, workflow challenges, and administrative or clinical bottlenecks, partnering with leadership to recommend solutions.
• Coordinate operational and clinical readiness with providers, leadership teams, and supporting departments.
• Support adoption of company systems, processes, and documentation standards to ensure consistency across locations.
• Facilitate an organized handoff to the Administrative Manager, Clinical Manager, Regional Directors, and other operational leaders upon completion of implementation activities.
• Travel to support implementation projects and remain assigned to specific locations for extended periods when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in healthcare operations, dental sleep medicine, sleep‑appliance therapy, dentistry, sleep medicine, or a related outpatient healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting both clinical and administrative workflows.
• Experience with practice implementations, acquisitions, office startups, or operational transitions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.
• Experience onboarding employees, developing training programs, and assessing competency and proficiency.
• Experience improving operational efficiency and establishing standardized workflows across multiple locations.
