Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a traveling construction laborer to support a team on high and medium voltage projects across the United States. You will assist craft workers, follow safety policies, and help manage site tasks from grading to concrete finishing and conduit installation.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and up to 12 months of related experience, with the ability to travel up to 100% and spend 1–10 months per project on site. Applications: [e-mail].

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 12 months of related construction experience.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Understanding of basic electrical systems and measurements.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic with units, weights and volumes.
• Must follow precise procedures and maintain accuracy on site.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete all required Safety documentation.
• Signal equipment operators to guide machinery and adjust loads.
• Level earth to grade specifications using hand tools.
• Finish freshly poured concrete with float or trowel.
• Install electrical conduit and grounding; pull wires in substations.
• Travel to different job sites as needed.
• Perform routine care and maintenance of tools.
• Support substation labor on construction sites.
