Job summary

PACK Power LLC seeks skilled labor assistance for high voltage and medium voltage construction projects nationwide. You will travel to project sites across the US, supporting craft workers and maintaining a safe, efficient site.

On-site roles involve earthwork, concrete finishing, and basic electrical tasks on substations and related infrastructure. The position requires a HS diploma or GED with up to 12 months construction experience; travel could be 1–10 months per project, with competitive

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
0–12 months of related construction experience.

Responsibilities

Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
Complete all required Safety documentation.
Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery to load, offload, push and pull.
Level earth to fine grade specifications using shovel or other hand tool.
Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using float, trowel or screed.
Position, join, align and connect pumps, motors and other mechanical or metal parts.
Apply caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices.
Grind, sand or polish surfaces such as concrete and steel, using abrasive tools or machines.
May be required to travel to different jobsites on limited notice.
Other duties as assigned.
